Can one of you T&M experts tell me where to find the £5 off voucher in the brochure please, as I can't seem to find mine? I bet it's on an order form I've thrown out!

Thats correct! Its on a seperate order form, come letter.

Yes, mines on the letter that came with it (the order form is on the back).

Could be worthwhile phoning them and saying what happened - they might issue a new one and cancel the old perhaps? That caught me a couple of times too - never keep track of the letters and order forms as I order online with them after browsing the catalogue.
