I have just tried the code again for myself and it works, so I don't know why it doesn't work for you.

Why don't you try again.

First go to Thompson & Morgan web site (if you have anything in your basket empty it) then add something to your basket, then go to basket and enter code in top box for catalogue & newspaper codes (if there is a code already in this box remove it) and click enter, then scroll down page and you should see Free P&P.
