Yes I understand it is about the messages but the seller is only replying to your messages and what he is saying is correct, he followed ebay rules and is in the right.

Anyway I really think this has gone on long enough and you simmed are never going to see it from the seller's perspective. I am also bored now so will leave it to rest.

Good night simmed and don't let the bed bugs bite!

I will assume from your posts that you don't think I should take contact the eBay harassment service (as I was advised to do by a customer service rep). Thank you for your opinion.

I have read all the posts on all the threads - and as a mature lady who is NOT suffering from PMT
I want to say to you

    GIVE IT UP

You were in breach of your contract with Paypal by NOT amending your address and if you Had EVER sold anything on E bay via paypal you would KNOW with complete certainty that to post to an address other than the ONE REGISTERED WITH PAYPAL MEANS THE SELLER LOSES WHAT LITTLE PROTECTION THEY HAVE WITH PAYPOO AND E BAY

I would NEVER post to an unregistered address under any circumstances - it would be in breach of my paypal terms and conditions

accept it with some good grace and give it up - you are wrong and quite frankly no-one is willing to believe that your responses to the seller have been any better phrased or less inflamatory than they have been here - and I for one, amongst many others, think you are incapable of being harrassed and threatened by their e mails

if you truly are, then I would venture the opinion that your nature is far too sensitive to be buying or selling on e bay.

3rd or 4th time I have to copy and paste this now

The other thread was about the dispute itself. This thread is about the messages sent to me by the buyer.

I have edited the OP with the following so that people don't keep on making this mistake.

This thread is NOT about the dispute itself, but about the messages received by me, as shown above. If you are discussing the DISPUTE itself then you are wasting your time as it is in the hands of PayPal staff now and there is nothing more anyone can do about it. Once again, this thread is NOT about the DISPUTE but it is about the MESSAGES.

OMFG Are you still here!!! I have never come across anyone as sanctimonious as you simmed. Seriously - Just Stop - You are acting like a prize fool. Admit you are wrong and walk away failing that go and buy some more handcuffs which will hopefully amuse you sufficently to stop you posting on here.

The reason for the dispute may have some bearing on how the messages are viewed.

For instance, if the seller is in the wrong, then sending messages regarding legal action purely to try and scare you away from taking a reasonable course of action to get a refund would be one thing. However, if you are in the wrong, then messages saying they are willing to use legal action to try to recover money if you dishonestly claim your money back is a whole different ballgame.

A reasonable post, but I don't really think that the dispute itself matters a lot. I mean, even if the buyer was an absolute nutjob and wanted a refund because he accidentally dropped the item or something, do you still think it's reasonable to say the things that seller said?

context is everything - a threat of legal action could be a final warning to make someone stop or a malicious threat with no basis.

the fact that you think the dispute is irrelevant makes me (and clearly other people) question your motives/ability to see what is really happening.

how many threads on how many sites are you going to start to try and find people who will back you? at some point you have to realise that it can't *all* be everyone else; at some point you have to look at yourself. this is that time!
