And yes, you are trying to commit fraud, you supplied your address but forgot to make an amendment to the address and so are claiming for non-delivery. I guess this could be classed as fraud in the eyes of the law, yes. They are sending to the place where they have been instructed to, on the payment confirmation. In a court of law (small claims) it would be this that rules in their favour. I did warn you yesterday that this could cost you dear. That seller could have been ripped off before and your fraudulent claim has tipped him over the edge.

You really are rather silly aren't you? He has obviously got annoyed with your attitude (which quite clearly shows on the other thread I might add) and started making threats in the hope that you would leave him alone.

How many times did you tell him that he was wrong and you was right? I lost cound on the other 2 threads to be fair. I think it took 7 pages on MSE and 85 posts on eBay before you actually considered you might have been to blame.

You can go ahead and report him if you wish but they will so go through your emails too.

I have no idea what the last bit means 'he is entitled to do so if s/he so wishes'.

He is welcome to go to the police about you, he is also able to take out a small claims court action against you. They are not empty threats or harrassment but the way he has worded the emails wrong - probably out of frustration with you more than anything else - at least we get an edit button!!

Oh, and apparently the OP ordered him not to send to the incorrect address.

Also it was not the first time he had forgotten to amend the address on something he bought. I think buyers like him should be banned from eBay for life, making sellers lives as difficult as possible and for committing fraud.

See above! Please calm down and try not to get so angry, it is only a small value item :eek: the first time I sent it to the wrong address the seller was extremely friendly and changed the address for me! Once again please calm down there is no need to get so angry :eek:

Not angry, bored. Have a not of PMT too so have to take it out on someone though. these forums help. Not sure wher eyou got anger from though? Did you think you could come over here and sweet talk the users on another forum??

You are in the wrong, not the seller as they have only followed ebay and paypal rules to the letter.
I can't believe you are still carrying on with this farce.
You should of changed your address before you ordered. Simple.

When I get angry I type in Really big letters like over on the other thread because people take more notice of me then.

He was replying to messages you sent him. That is not harrassment, it is replying.
