OP, you were wrong. You cannot send an email to someone and then, when you get a reply out of frustration because you HAVE committed fraud, say it is harrassment.

If I didn't want advice then I wouldn't have made this thread! However, apart from a few helpful members, this thread has just once again descended into nonsense, just like one member said "I'm only here to vent anger because I have PMT"! I am still unsure whether I should report the seller, like I said in the OP I do not expect that type of message from a "Top Rated eBay Seller" as his award says! People are mistakenly thinking that this thread is about the DISPUTE and not about the messages!
