For Debenhams beauty club you need to pick up a card instore. Ask for it at Clinique/Clarins/Lancome, etc (take your pick but it needs to be one of the expensive brands). Then bring your card home and follow the instructions to register it online, then you'll get the emails with the offers :) Just try not to buy too much :D

Must pick that up soon. The debenhams in Tralee is fairly small and doesn't have many brands. But debenhams online has all of them!

Ooooh I love the bags! Esp the first one. Unfortunately due to Primark I now resent spending more than a tenner on a bag...
I'll have to look into this Beauty Club thing

The first one is my favourite too. I love gray and wear it quite a bit so I'd get quite a bit of wear out of it!

I do have a weakness for bags. I never spend CRAZY money but I do have a few that cost about €100 but in my defence I use them for ages. I have a black bag from French connection that cost €110 but I used it for bout 3 years and I was gutten when the handle broke at xmas.

Confessions first. I didn't manage a NSD. I have signed up for the NSD challange for May though and have decided on 15 days. Was going to go for 10 but it is a challange after all so going for 15. Not including when I have to pay for stuff connected to the house renovation as I have no control over when that stuff has to be paid.

Bought a sports bra in TK Maxx for €10 instead of €45 in Debenhams :money:. Very proud of myself. I usually don't think of TK Maxx for things like this. While I was there I was looking at the notebooks (I have a complete weakness for notebooks). There was one note book and the cover page said something like "Shop now and charge it!" and I couldn't help but think how irresponsible it was. Now granted it was only a notebook but still.... It implied that you could shop and put it on the credit card and never think about it again! Which we know isn't true!

Went out for lunch funded by work today. Was nice to get out of the office and we went and got ice-cream afterwards! Wasn't a very productive afternoon though! I'm off tomorrow so my weekend has started:T It's not a bank holiday here in Ireland so it's coming out of my holiday time. My boss reckons we could end up being kept on after December (when I'm being made redundent) as he thinks the company have underestimated the amount of time it's going to take to get people trained up to take over. Wait and see. The question of redundency is going to mediation on Wednesday - hopefully the company will come back with a better offer.

Very excited over the fact we'll actually get the floors poured in our house tomorrow!:j I never though i'd get excited about things like this but I am:D. Now if we could just find a tile we agree on.....

Have done absolutly no self renovation. Haven't even washed my hair or face yet. Going to wait and shower in the morning. (I will wash my face tonight don't worry!

I have to drive Mum into town tomorrow. I don't bother going into town much and it's prob safter when I don't! There's a boots in town - I love boots! I've gone in for a pack of tissues before and come out €70 later! Maybe I should join the no buying cosmetics challange. But i do have to buy Nizoral shampoo tomorrow. It's special medicated shampoo for dermatitis. It bugs me having to buy it cause it's €15 for a not very big bottle but my scalp is so bad it's very necessary.

Didn't think i had this much to report from today!

Its funny the things we get excited about. I get excited when I spot a worm in the garden cos I can put it in the compost bin. How sad. I also got excited about my roof being fixed and when I got a nice purple wheelie bin for glass. Deary me

Do you have a veggie garden?? (Sorry, I did read your diary but I've read a few and it's all jumbled up!)

I REALLY want a veggie garden, not entirly sure where to start though. It's very big garden especially for the size of the cottage. We had a digger in doing some work and now the garden is all dug up. And if we have cement trucks going into it tomorrow it's going to be even worse. We have to do something with it though cause otherwise it will be a mud bath once it rains!

Have to say - a purple bin sounds cool!

It was ALMOST a NSD. All I spent was parking and the cost of my facial (€80) and that was planned so I feel good about today.

This made me:rotfl:. Prior to your arrival on MSE an "almost NSD" was one where someone bought a loaf of bread or a bottle of milk, not an €80 facial :p

Hi Kerry, Lots of us on the boards have bought loads of magazines in the past but now get subscribtions for Xmas, buy them with points from Tesco/surveys etc. I was a mag addict and now have 2 subscriptions which I got as gifts and only spend £2 for a Glamour every month. I also cheat as I have to buy mags for the shop and on nights where I'm going home last and am in the next day first I take them home with me, read them and take them back. We usually get Red or She and a Company so that works for me. Also Mum passes on her friends old Good Housekeeping eventually so I get all the mags I want!

I missed Kate Middleton walking up the aisle!! The bit I really wanted to see! Have found "TheRoyalChannel" on Youtube there and it has Kate Middleton arriving so I'm hoping it will have her walking up the aise uploaded soon! (I suppose I should really be saying Catherine Middleton now!)

So what do we think of the dress? I think it's really pretty. Personally I like dresses with a bit of sparkle but I think the dress is so appropriate. Like the Maid of honours dress too, bit surprised it's white though.

Bit frustrated with today already and it's only 12pm. Took mam inot town as she had to do some business in the bank and she couldn't so I have to get OH to take her and Dad back in on Tuesday!

@Souk I've looked into Magazine subscriptions but because I'm in Ireland It's actually cheaper to just buy magazines as I want them.
Tesco Ireland don't have the offers for the magazines I like.
