If any lenders are refusing to do this you can ask us to intervene for you.

I hope you can, as I've noticed a few people being fobbed off by Experian lately.

I know you are limited to what you can do in some regards, so not a huge moan.

I would also send a copy of your BR order to the overdraft bank and confirm if they chase they will be doing so illegally. I'm sure one of Fermi's sample letters can be amended to suit.

Let us know how the clean up goes Angie.

Thanks INAN, I will do that :)

Hi Angie, hope you are well:) You can order your £2 statutory reports from Experian and Equifax on line but for some reason the Call Credit one you have to print off the form and send it by snail mail.

Thanks Dojo :A With the Callcredit one did you have to pay by cheque then? I won't be able to do that, is there any other payment methods?
it may seem a little daunting...BUT its pretty easy sorted

you know where I am if you need a hand with it all ;)

    :A I certainly will Phil thanks x

Hi Angie :) I know how you feel I am still struggling to get my files cleaned up!! I started last September and got a couple that I have to take to the ICO - Annoys me that companies who are included in your B/R STILL insist you owe money even though its provable in B/R. I waited a full 12 months after discharge thinking that all my files would be corrected...hmmmm....not so I am afraid...I received a threatening letter last week from one of my creditors and it appears the debt has been sold on....grrrrr... anyhoo Fermi has assisted me right the way through my clean up, its a long process if you have a bad bunch like I have!!! Just make sure you send EVERYTHING recorded delivery as then you can print out receipts etc if you need to escalate to ICO etc. A few of my creditors soon corrected the information once I fired off the first lot of letters..lol..
As Fermi states in his sticky, just follow his letters and it will get sorted. Get on it!!!!!

    Love n stuff :)

    Sugar xx

Hope you get it sorted Sugar, it must be costing a bomb with all the recorded deliveries, copies etc

    I will get on it :D x

Hi Angie, yes my daughter wrote a cheque for me, but you can send a postal order. If you go on to their site it actually says you can order it on line, but whenever I put my card details in it would not accept them, may be worth giving that go and see what happens.

Think I will stick to the £2 reports to begin with and see how it goes, thanks for all the advice :T

Ive ordered our credit reports online fro Experian and Equifax but had same problem as you Dojo with Callcredit. It wouldn't acceot my card details online either, weird!

Just printed off the paper application but will need to send off tomorrow when I get up the post office for postal orders.

    At least I've started :D
