am not religious either but I have now mentioned him to the candle I light each evening and tell it about people/things.. I would have probably been burnt as a witch in times gone by) It helps me and I hope it helps the people I mention.
Hello everyone, many best wishes to any birthdays and events I have missed.
Not been posting much as feel a bit of a fraud, now OH is working away all week I only do HW as and when needed and with only me here all week it doesn't need much, make sure I am tidy and clean for Friday when he is home
weekends we don't do much, usually either go out for lunch or a tea as he wants to make up for me being alone all week. I can live with that :rotfl:I cook a roast on Sunday and it lasts me for Monday and Tuesday...usually go out for tea with DSD on a Weds, so don't think I am really living an OS lifestyle, but I love the OS daily and read every day.
Hope you have all had a good evening xxwhoever said laughter was the best medicine has clearly never tasted wine

My sister has managed to find a new flat and its a lot cheaper than their old place so they are happy - I'm happy too as they've given me a gorgeous pine corner unit(was Mums) that wont fit in the new place:j:T

Hugs for you all Jackie, sending him lots of positive vibes (since I am not religious myself either).NoahsPennilessMummy wrote: »Bitsy DS says that kind of thing to me all the time when he is angry or having meltdown...I get " I wish you would die", "i am going to get another mummy" and other such delights.
He then says i am the best mummy in the world once he calms himself:p
When I tell him I love him (when he's in a better mood) he replies "I love you all the time mommy"
I dunno how much of this is him just feeling his feet and how much is ASD........I guess I expected if it was ASD related it might happen more around the age 7 mark. Perhaps not.......

Evening everyone
Yet another late one from me. Very hot here today, sat out in garden most of the afternoon, didnt do much as was too warm. 1st estimate to repair the car is coming in at £1654. Shame the other party didn't have the courtesy to admit hitting a stationary vehicle parked up.
os today wm & dw both been on & emptied, washing dried os. dinner was beef casserole out of the freezer with boiled potatoes. Dog was walked for an hour but he was so hot bless him. ds2 just sulked all the way round.
HH - thinking of you and your family, hope BIL continues to improve.
JackieG - thinking of you and your family.
NPM & Bitsy - ((Hugs)) to you both, do your boys get worse when it is hot?
JackieO - well done on the exam mark.
BB - ((Hugs)) thinking of you.
Well I am off to bed. Hugs to anyone that needs/wants one. Take care.
