Just keep ignoring, simple as that. You are still taking these clowns too seriously.

    What do you think ?

I think your case is no different to the other 3500 PPC threads on here.

There's nothing special in the letter from them to you.

It's the same as all the others...ignore.

Oopsadaisy - I think because in my case due to my 3 year old son's health problem where I parked on a disabled bay without a disabled permit UKPC may see my issue as a winning case for them, thats my concern....sorry to bore you with this !

The blue badge doesn't apply to private car-parks. So you have not broken any laws.

I don't understand, why do they have disabled bays then if it doesn't apply to them ?

Generally disabled bays have to be provided in private car-parks under the equality act. But there is no law covering them if they are "abused".

They got to provide disabled parking by law and by the permission of the council in planning, the bluebadge scheme is for on road Public parking and council car parks only.

Parking bays in places like retail parks are advisory only, they like the so called t&c in car parks have no standing in law, they need to prove that there was a loss for you parking there, as there was no loss there will be no claim in court.
Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?

This is getting interesting...how on earth do these companies make money not that I want them to and also what gives them the right to do what they do ?

They make their money by the simple fact there is a certain percentage of people who believe all their official looking paperwork and pay up without question. This is why forums such as this are here to spread the word

They make money by relying on people just paying up and sufficient numbers do, so their costs are easily covered for those that know better.

There are 2 reasons for the "discount" that some offer if you pay early. Firstly it mimics what councils etc do so adds weight to people thinking they have been "fined" and secondly it saves them paying the DVLA £2.50 for the keeper's details.

FWIW double yellow lines and anything else you can think of on public roads also have no legal standing on private land. Some PPCs issue their unenforcable invoices to cars with an inch of tyre on the white lines (naughty cars). If people pay up PPCs will get away with it even more.
