this evening i took 3 spare foils and put them at the end of the till while i paid for my shops
Now I know why there is always a little stash at the end of the tills...Clearly they [Tesco] found it hard to make a promise they couldn't keep." Asda Spokesperson.
I say Tesco found it EASY to make promises it still cannot keep.0 -

I can't believe that Tesco still haven't even managed to train their supervisors six weeks in. I had a supervisor refuse a voucher about a month ago due to the 12/24 hour clock difference. Four weeks later and the same woman has just refused to let my DH use a small voucher at self scan - wrongly claiming they don't work and that she should know as she's been there four years - she then refused to accept the voucher as it had come from an online shop and it apparently only works with till receipts. Some common sense should show that if the numbers match and Tesco issued the voucher, then it's valid. Apparently I should go back tomorrow morning - why she thinks that daylight will make the voucher work I don't know. I'll be going there to get her name though. :mad:0

Don't be sorry, I had a smaller one on my list. Might have picked it up if you hadn't said that.•¨¨*:•..•

Thanks again for all your hard work, it's awsome!
That's what I was trying to say about 5 hours ago but didn't explain it as well as you did!:D0 -
