Gonna get dolmio red and white, fruit and fibre, 7 up, strawberry comfort and surf for me too from my £16 voucher
Dolmio lasagne sauce is 2 for £3 same as Mr A so be careful. needs 2 trips for 1 lasagne.

I say Tesco found it EASY to make promises it still cannot keep.0 -
flump alert !!!!!!!!
just thought i would let you know i have just got back in from tesco, as i usually buy a few flumps when i only need a small spend to make my voucher up it confused me a little to see they were 90p as i only usually pay 9p, my brain was in old style mode(where i like to get a bargain) that i actually quetioned one of the managers in the shop as how it could of gone up this much and she said that i wasnt the first person to ask this and they had made some phonecalls and this was the new correct price!!!! so i continue doing my shopping and put the flumps back pay for my shop get home and then :eek::eek::eek: what did i do .. why the hell did i question a price rise lol, well i know where im going tomorrow morning:)One cannot change the past, but one can ruin the present by worrying over the future.0 -

i've been sat thinking how i (we) could help
1 - email you one of my vouchers? , nope won't help - its the shopping she can't do!
2 - send you some dtd shopping in the post, hhmm probably cost more in postage than its worth.
3 - but then, we could all send a pot noodle, they're pretty light! (:rotfl:to scottish lass opening the door to the postman to be handed 500 pot noodles!)
ill keep thinking:o
ha ha ha ha ha my postie would LOVE that!!
TBH I'm loving the thread, the banters great and I'm more of a glass half full kinda person

new spreadsheet information please read
OK, we have been working on some modifications to the way we update the spreadsheet as trawling through everybody's posts is a massive task, and there aren't that many of us.
So, with this in mind, from now on all spreadsheet update requests should be submitted using this form
https://spreadsheets0.google.com/viewform?hl=en&hl=en&formkey=dEd6Q0IxMVVBbF84VjNZWUdOeEdjblE6MQ#gid=0
The form can be used to submit new deals, notify us of your confirmed deals for today, notify price changes or tell us to delete something.
Before you send us an update, please check carefully whether the item is already on the spreadsheet. You can do this by pressing CTRL+ F and searching. If it is already there but you need to send us an amendment, then please copy the description from the spreadsheet in to your form. This will make our lives a whole lot easier, A LOT EASIER. PLEASE CHECK BEFORE YOU SEND YOUR CONFIRMED LIST if the item has already been updated for today.
Also, we will only put the website prices on the SS as there are regional variations in store.
The revised spreadsheet is located here (live version)
https://spreadsheets0.google.com/pub?hl=en&hl=en&key=0ArDxW2XgVnGjdEd6Q0IxMVVBbF84VjNZWUdOeEdjblE&single=true&gid=4&output=html
We have tweaked the value column to make it easier to find the good deals. Those in red, you get back more than you pay (cer-ching!) - those in green, the net cost is less than 60% of the price you would pay at Asda.
We will no longer be updating from the thread (although we will keep our eyes open) so please, use the form.
note to all - deals which have not been confirmed for 1 week are deleted from the spreadsheet so remember to confirm them!
The spreadsheet relies on google hosting it, and their servers have crashed a couple of times lately. It doesn't mean we've removed the SS, barred you or anything else. Please be patient - it normally comes back up within minutes rather than hours
I know, it's been posted a lot but most people don't read back very far!0 -
preciousillusions wrote: »Bit similar to the chicken breast with bacon and cheese DTD, has anyone tried it with the BBQ breasts as i loveee these from Tesco so would be interested to know if anyone has tested it out at all:
Tesco: http://www.tesco.com/groceries/Product/Details/?id=268236846 £3.50
Asda: http://groceries.asda.com/asda-estore/search/searchcontainer.jsp?trailSize=1&searchString=chicken+bbq&domainName=Products&headerVersion=v1&_requestid=240508 £2.65 (third listed, sorry couldn't link direct for some reason)
So if it worked the DTD would be £1.70, net cost £1.80, and not sure if anyone else has had them before but like i said they are really quite yummy.
Also, having a look around and there are a couple of the other 'simply cook' chicken breasts that might compare against Asda ones too as Asda have quite a big range of them. I am thinking perhaps the mushroom, cheese and ham pack and/or the mini roast one which Asda both do a version of. Maybe even the garlic mushroom one. Hmm. Investigation needed haha!0 -
Visited Mr T tonight but ended up getting caught out by a sneaky price. Had my items but was few pennies short so spotted Tesco own brand gummie sweets at 40p, when I went to pay came to a lot more than I'd expected but didn't ahve time to check receipt as the SA was a jobsworth and made me sign the original receipt :eek:and then kept it  asked for it back but she was having none of it.
Only when I got home checked receipt and gummies were £1.25 instead of 40p, :mad:would rather have spent the £1.25 on something I could get DTD back on.
if the sel said 40p you could take it back and ask for a cash dtd on the gummy bears
we had a funny moment at the wkd with a "voucher filler" you know those little items you keep in one side of your trolley "just in case" your UNDER the voucher amount, mine and my sisters are wham bars 20p and tesco own foil 49p both come back n/a
i did my shop and took 4 wham bars, found i only needed 2 of them so gave the cashier 2, young lad at the till was really dopey and didn't even check the reciept numbers and i had to tell him to sign the reciept, so i ring my sis who's in the store and tell her which SA to go to, anyway she's short for her voucher so he passes her my 2 wham bars (still on his till from before) and says "will these do?":rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
this evening i took 3 spare foils and put them at the end of the till while i paid for my shops, while i was paying for my 1st a manager with headphones came and picked them up, tidying up as they do, i stood there with my mouth open:eek::eek:noooooo they were my back up!! thankfully was a bit over on the shops and didn't need them!!GRATITUDE WHEN GIVEN, PATIENCE WHEN DENIED
Please press the thanks button when someone has helped!0 -
Loving the new SS. Only a suggestion. Could we use a 3rd colour for the zero% items, maybe Amber? These are price neutral so may help when you haven't got a list and want to spend a £20 voucher and get £20 back!
Thanks again for all your hard work, it's awsome!I love this site and all chums, but its making a dent in my bank account!!!
Have lots of things I want, but dont necessarily need... Must DO BETTER!!! :A0 -
