I picked up a load of 1p clothes items last year including quite a few pairs of stig socks. They're not supposed to sell them at that price, but if you go through self service till, you should be ok.
which T-shirts were they?
Dark grey mens tshirts with a red stripe on the sleeve. Priced at £6. They had a fair few of them in Poole extra/fleets store.
I'll give em a go at the self serve tomorrow a.m. i reckon. In one hand and out of the Other!0 -

Not a good today at Tesco. Checked online to see what time the store nearest to me was open till (website said midnight), so I drove the 25 min to get there only to discover that it closed at 8pm!.
Drove a further 15 mins to a store, pulled out my shopping list but lots of the items were cheaper in store, Colgate blue beads now £1.50, Sunny Delight now £1, Mcvities Medleys now £1 each, Loyd Grossman tikka Masala sauce said £2.09 on mysupermarket but shelf said £1.79, no lamb, beef or sausages. Ended up wandering up and down isles trying to think what to get.0 -

ELAN - great news about the charity donation. It would be great if we could raise a decent amount to help others while Tesco are 'helping' us!0
