Dont know if this has been mentioned before...
My OH has just figured out how to use the barcode finder to bring up asda's price. You need to download the barcode app, go onto custom search, type in http:// groceries.asda.com/asda-estore/search/searchcontainer.jsp?trailSize=1&searchString=%s (with no space after http:/) save that as your custom search, scan your item and press custom search and HEY PRESTO :j tried it on a few items and up it pops on the asda site on your phone
Hi, please could you tell me which barcode scanner it was that you are using?SW Journey Re Re-started 25/02/14

Newbie basic Q!
Could somebody please clatify something for me, I've read the info post but couldn't see any mention of this...
Does the item HAVE to be on the Tesco website to qualify?
The items I want to buy - Ambre Solaire moisturising sun spray F15/F20/F30 - are on the spreadsheet as confirmed BUT they are not on the Tesco website itself.
They are on the Asda website and I can see Tesco sell them from looking at 'mysupermarket' but the ones that are eligible for DTD don't seem to be on the Tesco website itself.
Thanks
The item has to be on both Asda and Tesco websites to compare and check when you go to buy the item it is the same price as they tend to change prices very quickly. Before you actually leave to go shopping check asda and tesco websites again incase they have changed it.0 -

Also i seen a sign in tesco today and wondered the terminolgy was something like tesco operates a civil debt recovery (cant remember the last part but not seen it any other store and it was neer the beers. Think some one mentioned something about civil recovery earlier in the thread.
I think the signs have been there for a while, we're just noticing them now.0 -
