I was working today so I asked Mr Pink to pop into tesco in his lunch break with a DTD voucher to buy smoked salmon (to go with dtd prawns, salad and some lovely crusty bread for tea). I reminded him at least twice, to check spreadsheet and then check tesco and asda websites. He remembered the first bit but forgot the rest.

Smoked salmon price has increased in asda. It was still technically free because he used a DTD voucher but he killed a voucher that wasn't quite ready to die.

He has his good points though so I think I'll get over it.......this time.:D

Edit, just in case anyone else gets caught out...

Tesco Finest Scottish Smoked Salmon 100G T £3.69 / A £3.48 Still a difference but not enough to stop me choking on it. :D Off to update spreadsheet form in a minute.

OK I'm going to go to bed happy.

Oooh. Spent a few summers there as a child, early 70s. Had an relation worked in the P E Distillery, who left when it closed early 1980s.

Perhaps its this (from the second post in this thread)

The spreadsheet relies on google hosting it, and their servers have crashed a couple of times lately. It doesn't mean we've removed the SS, barred you or anything else. Please be patient - it normally comes back up within minutes rather than hours
