Can't find it on Asda website at that price.

I'd stay clear of this. I saw it on HUKD but I think it's a local offer.

hi my mrs after some persuasion has come to tesco with me today and with some subtle hints (princes salmon etc etc) done a dtd shop without even looking on this site. i think she done quite well as it was my first shop today as well.

can i use my email to collect my voucher on my computer and is she alright collecting her voucher on my computer using her e mail or should she use a different computer,

thanks everyone for all ur help.

p.s was the beef on today or not as there seems some conflicting views on this i was of the opinion tesco had slashed there price to match asda.

Same computer should be fine - I have been using the same laptop for lots of vouchers ;)

can you spend the vouchers in tesco express but not do a price check in there?

A good deal to keep an eye out for. Already CONFIRMED on 22/4/11

    Dentyl PH mouthwash - clove
    (500ml)

    Asda £1.00

    Tesco a whopping £3.00

Woot. I'll nickname it "Dentyl Crocker"

Also as it was my first ever shop to day, would never normally go in tesco not even to use the toilets when i got to the counter they asked me if i wanted a clubcard .i said how long does it take and it was instant she just handed me one with a receipt . on the receipt it says claim 7 pound of next shop over 50 pound could i use this with a voucher and what is the best way to maximise the potential of this?

Went into my 'weekend' store earlier, Thornton Heath. No lamb (again) and it was quite suspicious how some items such as Hardys Stamp Shiraz / Cabernet were down to the last one or two ;-) I grabbed my goodies having done my sums in advance and armed with both £20 DTD and £11 in coupons (£6 Tesco till spit and £5 co-op) went to pay. My shopping should have come out at a shade over £40 which was the amount necessary for the Tesco £6 off, to my horror it totalled at £36 something. Unsure of what the problem was I grabbed the nearest DTD no cost item which was the Cadburys Heroes. Till assistant gave me a knowing grin when after handing over all the coupons my total bill was a shade over £9 for what initially registered as just over £40.

Brixton and Thornton Heath both seem to be trout free zones, although they do seem to lack some of the best DTD items. I found some of the correct kids toothbrushes at Thornton Heath, but didn't buy as there seems to no point putting a toothbrush away for years until my kids (age 1 and 3) are old enough to use. Most of my DTD spend was on Dentyl mouthwash and a bottle of Rosemount Shiraz - less DTD than Hardys, but a better wine.

On checking my receipt at home, I found the cause of the initial underspend - I bought a cute Spot book and soft toy gift set for my youngest. Priced on shelf and label on item for £7, went through at £4. Will put this on 'Shop But Don't Drop' as well.

I'm not 100% sure but I don't see why not. The best way to maximise it would be to get £20 worth of dtd stuff and spend the other £30 on equal prices or n/a items that you need/use anyway, that way you will get a £20 dtd voucher to spend next time :)
