Could someone also tell me please am I allowed to spend my voucher in a tesco express?
Thank youGc -Feb £87.25/ £90
Thank you to all who post !!
Such Fun !!!:j0 -
It was 7 shops on the same till.
In one way I think, good for you if you can get away with it
BUT
I think you are plaing a high risk game there, and run the risk of an eagle eyed till supervisor seeing you hand over 7 vouchers, and refusing to take them.
Personally I feel guilty doing more than 1 shop in 1 store. Although I do sometimes do 2-3 if it's busy and the staff are nice, It makes me a bit jumpy that I might get 'caught'0 -

Thank you
yes, but you can't submit the receipt to gain another voucher.0 -

I only manage to get there once or twice a week hence the double shop, and i usually have my baby with me. I'll keep an eye out for you!
More likely though, new staff who are waiting for their uniform order.:D0 -
Not sure why you get on your high horse about this, so regularly?
People will do what they do. It's their conscience.
Not yours. You go your way, and let others go theirs.

I'll carry a red rose for the next week! I'm there every day, usually at about noon, but if the male supervisor does my receipt, I leave it an extra hour for the next day in the hope I don't see him - I think he's my biggest risk in terms of 'problems' occuring as I only ever go to this store.
I'll try that next time. Saying that, today I did go to a guy in his own clothes and he left the till unattended to get a supervisor! Perhaps I should have a sex change - do Tesco do these yet?

The worst I have had is to not know what to do with them, but have NEVER been sent to CS; on a very early occasion at Oldham, they saved the transaction and called a supervisor who recalled it at the adjacent till and put it though. They all seem to now know what to do and whilst the majority like to keep the old receipt, I have no issue with that practice.
Ive not been sent to CS yet thankfully. Nipped to Oldham after your post, but not lambIts doing its best to stay out of my reach!

Evening all
Just thought I’d offer up an easy recipe for the king prawns that are dtd at the mo. Just had it and it was lush. I did this for just myself and I’m a pig, so you might need to adjust quantities for more than one.
Boil kettle to be prepared for the rice.
Fry half an onion in olive oil. Add fresh chopped chilli according to taste, crushed garlic, black pepper and ground sea salt. Add a papaya chopped up without seeds, then add a little more olive oil. When the papaya goes soft put the rice on the boil. Add the king prawns (I had half a bag) and the juice of a lemon to the papaya and then add coriander. Turn down the heat. When the rice and king prawns are done, serve.
Have to admit, the only ingredient I bought from Tesco was the prawns. :rotfl:There's a storm coming, Mr Johnson. You and your friends better batten down the hatches, because when it hits, you're all gonna wonder how you ever thought you could live so large and leave so little for the rest of us.0
