It's not the same actually. There is a difference between 2 and 5 shops per day. It depends what level of greed you as an individual are comfortable with.

Indeed, I readily admit to doing 2 shops at a time, mostly on alternate days, and even then I feel guilty doing it. Unlike some, I am stockpiling essentials to save money in the long term - shower gel, deodorants, washing liquids and the like. To date (and bear in mind this is my second week) not one drop of anything alcoholic has gone into either of my baskets - that is a luxury that I have lived without for several years. (Oh, if anyone is bothered to trace back through my prior posts, the electric toothbrush, whilst a luxury, is destined for my son for his birthday.)

Sadly, we seem to be living in a society that is now driven largely by greed, and every man for himself. Throughout history, though, it tends to be the well off that are the greedy (which probably explains how they for that way) whereas it is those who are less economically endowed that all club together and help each other out

Maybe the point is it's not your place to lecture.

When people had missing vouchers the other days you were very waving the 'fraud' banner around regarding people changing the time by a minute etc.

    Being judgmental isn't very helpful.

    another selective reader???

go back and read it if you like.. people jumped on someone calling them greedy.. why should they be allowed to do that ??????

with regards to the digit i was saying A) it was reisky as the sa could easy spot it, and b) its another things people seem happy to do yet cry at other things.. i never said DONT do it your out of order.. i couldnt care less what other people do, i openly say i use more than 1, change emails etc. who am i to judge others..

but when people attack others calling them greedy i will reply..

Its a forum, if everyone had the same opinion, it would be dull and boring.

Really hoping dtd lasts till at least the end of summer, could do with saving spending money towards our holiday.

Bought 2 toothbrushes, the disney £10/£2 ones, today to go in the holiday kit and needed to buy 2 lots of £10 of other shopping that only gave back £4. I think I have been brainwashed it was awful buying things that weren't dtd or low dtd, lol, but I got there in the end.

I don't know if it is just me or if Mr T is getting better. I am hearing less and less horror stories now. Maybe the 'penny has dropped'. Just a thought?

i dont even mind if people dont want to admit there flouting the rules , but dont be calling others greedy and saying there spoiling it etc when really we all know there doing the exact same.. maybe not to the full extent as others but there still doing it..

theres no inbetween if we hones.. your either flouting them or your not.. 2 shops a day or 5.. its the same..
My local was so busy today I did four shops.. Couple of bottles of wine, back to the car, couple more, back to the car, then two shops one after the other. My consience is clear now I know too well how much prices are manipulated by the supermarkets..

They dont operate to do us a favour, they do it to make money and I'll do what I can within the law to save myself as much of that money as I can.

Tesco t&cs are not the law before anyone pipes up.
TESCO EVERY LITTLE change to the t&cs HELPS

You and me both. It is saving us a fortune. The sun cream, ice cream and wine would be an added bonus ;)
