Whichever the editors decide, would it be helpful to make it clear on the amendment form so that we are all doing the same thing?

I personally thought it was the day you purchase the items, not the day the coupon is received. Does anybody know the answer please?

Approximately how long does it take to credit your account and do they e mail you to confirm? Waiting a week now, sent 2 emails and no reply.

Ring them. I did. 3 times. Finally had a refund email after my last call this afternoon.

babyfruitella, Thanks for this. What number did you ring. Feel that by the time i phone the 08457 number, it'll hardly be worth it.:)
