Just been to collect a direct order that was supposed to come in today. No direct orders have arrived apparently today how annoying, so I relieved them of some more of their magnums instead for my wasted journey and some moth wash. Should bring my £14 voucher back up a bit.:D

Sorry, not Moth wash MOUTH WASH.:rotfl::rotfl:

Just did my daily shop, sa hadn't seen a voucher before but scanned it without any problems. Was hoping to get some chorizo but none at my local tescos, couldn't see any sels for it either which was a bit surprising as it was a tesco extra and they usually have everything I want.

I know at the moment there isn't really anything to suggest that dtding will end soon and I know it's very difficult to say when it will end but just for fun..
If you were to place a bet in the bookies on when dtdng will end, how long would you bet it goes on for?

I really haven't got a clue, but if I was to bet I'd say another 2 months.

The confirmed date should be the day you received the coupon as confirmation.

Does that mean they could change the prices of the offers overnight, eg racks of lamb , beef, salmon, and we might not get our dtd for these items ?

I'd like it to go on forever (although the stress would knock a few years off my life im sure!), but I reckon another 6 weeks.

No. The calculation is done based on the prices in both stores on the day you shopped.

None of my vouchers have the Terms of use numbered. When I tried to use the first one 2 weeks ago it was refused. They said that they had been told by head office to reject any that were not numbered. I emailed customer services who phoned me up and said they had contacted the store and it had been sorted.
Back I go a couple of days later to find that they were still rejecting vouchers without numbered terms of use! I email customer services who phone me again to say that the store were mistaken and that the voucher was valid. This time I insisted on an email to that effect which I took with me. It still took a visit the the customer services desk where they went looking for the check out manager to get my voucher redeemed.
I have just received another voucher today and guess what, no numbers! I see a fun visit to Tesco ahead of me next week!

And the reason there are no numbers is because you are using Internet Explorer as your default browser. Certainly IE6 does this, not certain about other newer versions.

And no doubt the voucher had no scissor mark on the right-hand cut line?

    So the solution is...

Use either Google Chrome, Safari, or Mozilla Firefox as an alternate browser, all work better than IE anyway.

Just Google them and install one or all of them, and you will see your voucher in all its splendour.

I know a work colleague who prints from work (using our antiquated IE6, and also in B&W) and has had no problems on any voucher (no numbers, no scissors, no colour), so it just depends on the store.
I didn't do it, nobody saw me do it, you can't prove a thing! ;)

I see the ss as a guide to what is dtd (and an absolutely fantastic one too:T:T) but tesco and asda websites should be checked before shopping to check prices

thank you so much to all those who keep the ss updated :j:j

Gordon's Special Dry London Gin 1 Litre back up to £19.49 at Tesco

    Apologies if already posted.
If you don’t speculate, you can’t accumulate.
  • I personally thought it was the day you purchase the items, not the day the coupon is received. Does anybody know the answer please?

Ahhhh, I think you may be at cross purposes.

Your voucher is worked out by comparing the price on the day you shopped, but added to the spreadsheet the day it has come back as confirmed.
