    LOL..

so they are going to let people exploit the rules just for the sake of it??

why do they bother sending out restriction emails to those that use only 1 email address then ???

Yes. Losing face to Asda is worth far more than the pittance we are depriving Teso of. Maybe you need to look at the bigger picture? ;)

If they really wanted to stop us all they had to do was dump the prices of many of the items they paid us to take away. Its far easier.

Too many people intent on finding conspiracy theories IMO. :D

Remember its not 4x20 that tesco will take into account but 4x whatever your DTD was before the cap.

Well they certainly have a great database, hence why from the receipt details they can find your shopping in the millions of transactions per day.

As for the tracking, no they wont have a system other than has email address X reached £100 or more this month, but that means the bones of all the data is there if they want to task someone with looking into the most prolific potentials. If I were on the other side I'd enjoy the challenge of writing some queries to identify suspects.

I'm sure they have quite a rich data store off the back of this DTD promo - T's business is driven by data-backed decisions.

They need to weigh up their confidence in their data before firing off "over-limit" emails to kindly pillars of the community who by helping non-tech savvy neighbours enter their receipt details are flagged up as serial DTDers playing the system

I've come across a link from another site regarding Tesco price check and wonder if anybody has any ideas/comments as to it's accuracy. I am not sure who is running/updating it but it looks interesting. If I am reading it right, if it shows 50% saving this would leave a net price of 0p IF DTD confirmed.

Thanks, I did know that which is why I would stop on the 4th claim
But only had 3 x £18-19 vouchers on here before, so the 4th claim should have been safe.
  • STIll waiting on 2 vouchers from the 11th
