:rotfl:Tesco Finest Trout Soup:rotfl:
Lol, my Sa had obviously had her fill of trout soup this week. She told me I had to go to the CS desk with my coupon before going to the till and get the cash from them. I said well they don't normally they just scan it and input the amount. To which she said well I work on customer service and thats what we've been told.
She pressed her light but no one came and the man on the next till told her to just scan it and pu it the till, so she did phew! I have earmarked the male cashier for next time.:p0 -
Please can someone tell me the barcode on the magic toothbrushes please. I am not sure wether I bought the correct one.
And to confuse matters there were 2 sorts, a Disney one with sleeping beauty on and a boys version - both the same price.“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. todays shop.
2nd voucher shop this time me and OH
the missus went to a till with a lady she knows, thinking shes going have it easy.
after she hands her it, she looks at it, and they have a covo about hows shes never seen one before, so OH has to explain.
supervisor gets called who looks at it like shes never seen one, has to read it, so asks OH for receipt, another supervisor near by, shouts over "just scan it" so she does and alls well.
i just went to a young lad, who just scans it, not even wanting to see my receipt.
Seems that tesco staff have no training whatsoever, with most not even knowing about the price matching.
managment not telling them so they dont start doing it or telling others.0 -

It appears to me that in the last few days Mr T has done something to stop you accessing the results from the input page, they can only be accessed from an email address. If there is no email typing in the results page normally prompts an email to be sent.
Someone please correct me if I am mistaken.
Never had any problem accessing my vouchers, always there when i go to the Tesco price check site. :TRemember You're a Womble !! Keep Tesco Tidy. :beer:0 -
I have earmarked the male cashier for next time.:p
Very odd pictures in my head now as to how you earmark a male cashier  - was he young and gorgeous ?“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. Just had a look in our DTD cupboard (yes we have a dedicated cupboard!) and had a count up and after I buy a few more items tomorrow I’ll be able to sing this song:
The 12 Days of DTD
“On the twelfth day of DTD, Tesco gave to me:
12 Lynx Shower Gels
11 tins of Salmon
10 Betty Crockers
9 White Magnums *
8 Bottles of Wine
7 Aquafresh
6 Dolmios
5 Racks of Lamb *
4 joints of beef *
3 Powerball tabs
2 Shaving foams
And a D.T.D voucher”
* Note the Magnums, beef and lamb are not being stored in the cupboard but in the fridge / freezer and or have already been consumed:D
28/04/11 - A bad day for shoppers everywhere (Tesco shoppers that is!) RIP DTD :A0
