    Advice please!

My wife had a bad experience last week while using a voucher to get more shopping. The SA was very arrogant and made numerous mentions to this being a scam and dodgy....but after many tuts and such and after phoning CS she eventually put the voucher through and we got the shop. Well today, she had the exact same experience with the same SA. Again she mentioned it being a scam and how can you get a voucher when Tesco is cheaper than Asda. She didn't phone CS this time, but was extremely unpleasant to the point that my wife came home raging and is still extremely angry. We know the SA's first name and obviously the branch, she is by no means a manager or such and certainly has some bee in her bonnet with regards to this scheme.

Can anyone advise what line of action would be best for us to pursue this ridiculous customer service experience, as we should not be treated this way in our local store that we have shopped in for over 20 years in total.

    Thanks in advance.

In situations like this it's tempting to slap her in the face with your Tesco Finest Taste the difference Goose Fat Roast Potatoes and tell her that if she wants to make the rules then she needs to get off the registers and into the Head Office boardroom where decisions are made

Is there any DTD on Tesco Finest Trout Soup?

 I emailed Tesco Customer Service about my missing voucher from 11th April and just got this reply...

    Dear Miss..,
    Thank you for contacting us.

I am sorry you have experienced problems whilst attempting to use our Price Check website and you are yet to receive your price check email. I appreciate why you would be unhappy and I apologise for any inconvenience caused.

In most cases, we aim to get your results to you within 36 hours. Our price check website has to find receipt details from the millions of transactions that have occurred in the last 28 days. We then match products against the ASDA products and prices on that day. Unfortunately, it can take a bit of time for our systems to process this information. However, there may be rare occasions where it takes a little longer to check your details but you'll receive an email from us as soon as your results are ready.

A valid email address is required when submitting a price check comparison, this is needed to inform you of the results and if applicable, the link needed to print a refund voucher.

Please note we are not liable if an email address has been entered incorrectly. Also, I am sorry to say that if your receipt is not recoverable by our system, that we will be unable to conduct a comparison in this instance.

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention.
    Kind Regards

:( So I'm still not sure if it will turn up? I have tried to put the details in again loads of times but nothing happens the page just refreshes it doesn't input again or say its being possessed? :undecided

It appears to me that in the last few days Mr T has done something to stop you accessing the results from the input page, they can only be accessed from an email address. If there is no email typing in the results page normally prompts an email to be sent.
Someone please correct me if I am mistaken. :o

OMG now the Tesco security guard thinks I have a 'thing' for him :o

First I walk out with my mums shop in a trolley, and whilst trying to put the receipt away I nearly walk smack into someone. When I look up apologising I see it's the store security guard - not the best way to keep a low profile.

On my way back in the only baskets are right by his feet so I have to stop and get one. At this point he is looking at me strangely, so I said 'hello' to try and seem casual ...whilst blushing about going back into the store again, when ive clearly just walked out.
I'm sure he things i'm trying to pull him, which i'm not!! Although the guy on the till, who was after my Foxs jaffa shortbread was lovely! :D

Consider yourself corrected - you're mistaken

Many many many many of us do not get emails regardless of what address we use. Sometimes however you have to keep entering your details when you know the vouchers are in - type them in-not processed-type again - not processed-type again-magically there

Being on friendly terms with the security guard will only be a good thing. There may come a day when this works in your favour. I tried charming my local security guard, but since he is an old man, and I'm a guy as well, I don't think it worked.

I used to be able to do this last week, but just recently I can't, however many times I type it in. It does however, prompt an email for each time I input, resulting in a list of emails all with the same link. As we all know, OBVIOUSLY I need only one of them. Seems to be a tescoism again!!!! :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

I am starting to get annoyed by this whole pricechecker. after much persuading, i finally got my old man and sister on bored. My sister did 3 cash transactions, the usual toothbrushes, meat and toiletries. my dad 2 transactions, whiskey and gin.I re-assured them both they would be getting tasty vouchers back.Well, this was 4 days ago. No vouchers.(Still processing) I have since re-used 2 more small vouchers with a bit of cash to recoup the £20 back, Nothing. (Still processing)

    total waiting 9 vouchers.
