Many thanks to OP, I have been inputting two vouchers from the 7th, I dont know how many times!! Yesterday I tried them minus 1 min and one of them worked today.
So a £20 normal shop, I know I wont get any return. Im not taking any chances with this one.Love your Mum, you'll never get another one when she's gone.0 -
Has anyone had any fresh chicken breast matched?
http://www.tesco.com/groceries/Product/Details/?id=267231634 and http://groceries.asda.com/asda-estore/search/searchcontainer.jsp?trailSize=1&searchString=chicken&domainName=Products&headerVersion=v1&_requestid=25364 are effectively the same thing - skinless chicken breasts, pack sizes 515g and 490g so within 10%. But what's the betting they aren't matched as they are described differently even though they are the same thing
I need meat to go with my curry sauces etc but I'm not paying £11.66/kg in tesco when I could get it for £7.96/kg in Asda. (Only problem is with going to Tesco every day I really cba to go to asda as well!)0 -
Guys, it is great that everybody is uploading shopping lists etc. This will help others no end.
However if you really want to help each other, please upload, using the form

This is the only way we [STRIKE]will[/STRIKE] can keep the spreadsheet upto date, with the resources we have. At the moment all, except for about 10, are updated.
Just think of it. Would YOU rather look through all the posts or the spreadsheet. If the answer is the spreadsheet, then the chances are your friends on here would too.
Not moaning. Just trying to help.
My head is in even more trouble now I've looked at that form - it appears to be just for changes to items. What am I supposed to do with my confirmed shopping list? (I know I'm as daft as a brush!)ELITE 5:2

Thanks to everyone and especially the spreadsheet monitors - doing an amazing job.
I started yesterday (had to explain to hubby why he had to go to a separate till to buy a bottle of Bacardi on its own) - and have already got 2 vouchers one for 19.14 and one for 19.58
Can I ask why it is a problem for them to keep the old receipt once the DTD has gone through - do I need to keep it for any specific reason or just for standard proof of purchase in case there is a problem with anything?Back to comping! July wins: Frylight August wins: Pixar DVD, Diesel Watch,£75 hamper brioche products September wins bath soak
Thanks to everyone who posts comps and help :beer:0 -

Thanks for the info - you win some, you lose some I guess. I should've kept more up to date with peoples experiences
I have plenty of Ts near me but just thought I'd try this as a new one close to work as the Goodge Street 1 (which is slightly nearer) were really difficult when I used a voucher before - guess I'll be going back there if I want anything in my lunch hour again & slugging it out with their delightful manager"You've got to cut your cloth to suit your wassname" Terry (my Dad), 1944-present0 -

Ask him to sign the back of you delivery note confirming he took the DTD voucher away and how much it was for - just to be on the safe side!!

Can the rack of lamb be slow cooked?
Could do it - but I doubt it would improve the lamb! Its VERY tender and lean and might dry out. I do the £8 ish ones for around 55minutes as I don't like it pink - covered in foil for all but the last 10 minutes and painted with a redcurrant and rosemary glaze.ELITE 5:2
