Thats the way to do it.... I prefer it less than 10 mins but most don't like it as rare as me.

I do it the same, heat the oven to 230 turning after 5 mins and leaving to rest for 10.

I also coat with wholegrain mustard after searing.

    Advice please!

My wife had a bad experience last week while using a voucher to get more shopping. The SA was very arrogant and made numerous mentions to this being a scam and dodgy....but after many tuts and such and after phoning CS she eventually put the voucher through and we got the shop. Well today, she had the exact same experience with the same SA. Again she mentioned it being a scam and how can you get a voucher when Tesco is cheaper than Asda. She didn't phone CS this time, but was extremely unpleasant to the point that my wife came home raging and is still extremely angry. We know the SA's first name and obviously the branch, she is by no means a manager or such and certainly has some bee in her bonnet with regards to this scheme.

Can anyone advise what line of action would be best for us to pursue this ridiculous customer service experience, as we should not be treated this way in our local store that we have shopped in for over 20 years in total.

    Thanks in advance.

I have a £20 voucher but I think Im up to my month limit on the email addy, what would you recommend I do with the voucher, should I spend / kill it on non dtd items, or leave it and use in May on more dtd items and submit under the same email addy for my new £100 limit for May.

    What do you reckon guys?

Thanks to everyone on this site, this has helped our family no end, esp as Im on mat leave and things looking gloomy as my OH could be made redundant, so stockpiling on items that we use but won't go off.
    keep up the sterling work.
long my it continue I say

What some people do is to create a new email address to continue DTD and to get around the £100 per household per month limit. The choice is yours! ;)

Glad that the DTD has been a great benefit to your family. Sorry about the challenges that look to be looming ahead. I hope that everything works out for your family.
