Tesco/Asda Pricechecker Thread - part 5

Hiya
I know I'm not alone in still getting the processing message for receipt input on Thurs but I'm also aware that some stores seem to c*ck up & get receipt not found continually so I just wondered if anyone else had had DTD success (or not) at the Metro nr. Kings Cross, London?

Has anyone bought the Huggies wipes recently? Can you confirm that buying 2 packs doesn't trigger the BOG2F offer? Thanks.;)0

The particularly satisfying bit is that not only did I win the battle - I was actually MYSTERY SHOPPING the perishing store at the time:D:D:D! There is absolutelyno excuse for the way Tesco have failed to deal with this promotion properly and I am not going to take rudeness from any checkout person who feels she has the right to try to belittle me.
Wahey!! Mystery shopping huh.
How many points deducted for the trout experience then?0 -
Can I ask do people contact customer services when something comes up on their receipt as n/a? My brother and his wife each did a shop yesterday including 3 Coke Regular 2l on two separate transactions and they both came back n/a today. It's happened very often on their past shops even though they've carefully picked things out & checked things 100s of times before shopping. They let it go then but now it's just becoming annoying for them and ridiculous for Coca Cola to be not found!
Probably a waste of time and effort - will just wind you up more as Tesco are not known for being helpful in these situations. They do say in their T&Cs that they won't discuss errors of this type. Put it down to experience.ELITE 5:2

I'm fairly sure King Cross has been reported a few times as receipts not found. Do you have another one close by you could use?Comping wishlist for 2017

Come on admit it. Is it 'I can't be arsed' or 'I haven't quite got my head around how to do that!' Go on. We are amongst friends.
:D
Definetly 'haven't got head around it'!!! I'm having enough trouble trying to catch up with the posts and add up my shopping - I really will try to sort myself out:)ELITE 5:2
