(**wanders off muttering** stupid flipping weight, been 500 under calorie goal 2 days in a row (taking into account exercise deductions) and I've PUT ON 4lbs! why bother really? why? **mutter mutter mutter**)

Know how you feel. Have a feeling I may have to go dress shopping for my May event. It's refusing to shift.

Comfort eating over the weekend won't have helped - trying not to think about sister getting married at about 12pm without any of us. Not a good night. BD back with a vengeance.

  • I'm back in this week. I've got a fortnight off and need to get the house sorted before I go on placement. My two LO's are in school this week, so I have no excuses. Hoping to get the garden sorted too!

Aww dont you let that BD get in, set Oz on him :) I'm sure sister was trying to avoid any stress doing it that way, perhaps there will be a celebratory get together when she comes home?
I'm thinking just more energetic flying. - Doing "daily plate" which is calorie tracking for free online. They say I need to do 1800 calls a day to lose 1lb a week. :( it's not working at the moment. Worked last time I did it, was amazing, so I'm a bit evangelical about it :) I guess my hormones are making things difficult at the moment :)

    Right cuppa and flying time!
Charlie already out in the garden so he can see other chickens and realise he's not a husky :)
    DH decluttered to train station.
need to work out a way to get dogs to vets for check up.
    Kitchen needs a bit more than a S&S :(
    and the list.

I'm back after a long time of being AWOL. Life has been manic and cleaning the house has very much been on the back burner as a consequence. It got so bad even my DP noticed the dirt and starting cleaning  and he NEVER sees the dirt :D Can I get a slovenly cow award?! :rotfl:

Anyway, two weeks Easter holiday now to get the house ship shape and make a start on many DIY projects. Wish me luck!

I have stripped and remade our bed, decluttered a big mug of tea and written 2 letters of complaint to Waterstones about the handling of Saturday's book signing - 1 to the York branch, 1 going to Head Office.

I feel so much better for writing them!

Off to reclaim the recycling boxes/bags/bins and do the washing up!
    :jFlylady and proud of it:j
  • HHC at 9 anyone?
Reckon I can sort the kitchen in that time :j
Short notice, but no time like the present :)
