    evening all :hello:

I'm in, I sart my holiday on friday and the following 10 days will be sort out days, so I want the house spik and span so that I can either S&S to keep it good, or at least don't have the massive declutter to do before tackling a job. So 4 days to get a grip:p

Dad will be home from hospital tomorrow night, so no more visits or collecting Mum.

Decided on a version of MSE mantra for food.

Do I need to eat it :o
    Can I afford the calories:eek:
have I checked for a lower calorie version:T

I hope I can shed some calorie pounds:T

Thanks to the flybosses for the list:)

Have already shortened it to make me feel better and printed so can focus on it before/after work/while tea is cooking, while icklies are in bath and after they have gone to sleep.

Monday is always a good one as dh works till 10pm and I have a no tv night.

Have bribed myself with school and house work challenges and a hot choccy reward if achieved by Saturday - and have got dd to keep me on track. Seriously I need bribing to get out of bed some days:p
