Froddington that looks like my perfect holiday. Glad you enjoyed it. I would hate not knowing where we were due to go :o

The place we stayed is at www.laserenaumbria.com if you fancy a nosey ;)

I was getting a bit freaked out about not knowing - I had hoped to be able to work it out! - but in the end it was fine!

sexymouse - welcome back Mrs; glad you had a good time x

Welcome to all newbies and returners

Could I please call on some of the wonderful flylady vibes?

I've just been on FB and the 8 year old daughter of a friend of mine had a biopsy today and is starting chemo.

Thoughts and prayers for Meggie would be really appreciated xx

    Hi All,
Just noticed the link on Martins main site. I didnt know you were here, else I'd have been on years ago! I get the daily emails from the US flylady site and it has made a big difference to my house! S&S and bedmaking are habits now- only took two years! Will be great to check in with you and to aim for the evening routine and to dust off my CJ.

    S
Getting here- thanks for your help!:T

That's evil.. We don't have 'halves' or 'steps' in my family.. they are all brothers and sisters.. :(

KH made a big thing of telling the children Squeak was 'only' their 'half-sister' and it wasn't the best half!!! I said 'no she is your sister and no different to any of your other sisters and if I hear it said one more time you'll never go on a console again!'

It is evil, isn't it? We know quite a few family who have halfs, steps etc. I dont know anyone who makes a difference :( Makes me really sad that after 18 months of TTC, there's nothing to report and highly unlikely to be at my age. I wish I could give her a brother or sister.

SSL, that is awful. I remember you saying something when the baby was born too. SS2 is inevitably taken away for DS1s birthday despite it being our weekend, and to quote his mother, 'it doesn't matter, they aren't really related are they?'

It was when she was pregnant. DD got into trouble for not sending a 'congratulations on being pregnant' card. Valli had me crying with laughter with the things we could have put on the card! Mind you, saying the boys arent related is just bad, possibly worse :(

Flying...I've s&s the kitchen. Baked some twinks. Did lots of filing and shredding. Now decluttering Gardners World from the Sky Plus. I now know what fritts are :D I might invest in some. I have £30 of gardening centre vouchers to spend, ho hum :o

Froddington ((((hugs)))) and flylady vibes for Meggie. Really glad the holiday was a success.

sexymouse Glad the wedding was a success.

Just had an e-mail from sister saying theirs was amazing and they got the champagne and card from us just after the ceremony. They are back next week. I think I'm glad I'm out of the country while the fur flies.

Absoutely.. poor little love.. makes mine starting on 8+ years of growth hormone replacement all seem very very minor...

Vibes for recovery and not too sicky on the chemo and tumour squashing flying her way.

DD's dad isnt interested in her now that he has a baby with his wife. She is forbidden from writing cards from her and the baby as 'he isnt your brother, he's your half brother and it isnt appropriate.' The half bit is always emphasised, just in case she forgets! Needless to say, she has minimum contact with them, which is a huge shame. They just cant see that the baby is missing out as well as DD :(
What a complete KH your ex is (((hugs))) to your little one.

Maybe you could compress OH to make him fit :p:rotfl:

Sexy glad the wedding was wonderful

Frodders glad you had a great holiday

Food shopping put away so off to bed now. My book took a turn that I wasn't expecting and I'm not enjoying it now but only about 20 pages so I'll finish it.
