  • Morning all

Thank you for kind thoughts and hugs for DD. I had a chuckle when Happier called her little one. She's 18 this year and woke me up at 3am as she was locked out :D

Busy day today. I'm meeting a couple of girls from work for coffee this morning. While we are there, I'm going to the 3 shop to shout at them. I'm taking Mum to the shops as Dad cant drive for the next 6 weeks after his eye op. Need to go to the bank and pay my joiner. Oh and phone for feedback. I didnt get the job last week, not that anyone bothered to phone to tell me. Getting really hacked off that people dont bother to get back to you

    Laters lovelies

DD got into trouble for not sending a 'congratulations on being pregnant' card.

Really? Such a card exists? Some women expect a card when they're pregnant? Well, I'm gobsmacked.

    Morning all

Sorry you didn't get the job, SSL. There must be a better one waiting for you. Fingers crossed.

Woke up with a headache this morning, which often happens when I lie in. However, it's not been a bad start. Shopping list finished, WM is on and DW about to go on, first bite taken out of the frog's leg :D, car boot emptied and DH/DS2 decluttered to the market for an hour's peace (and do drop car off for MOT on way back - so that's yesterday's list complete).

I have an hour before we are catching the train to Meadowhell (urgently need clothes for DS2), so I need to
    get washed and dressed
    start DW
    peg washing out
get bag ready for going out
    start WM with towels
finish the frog (putting clothes away)

I'll be back around teatime. Hope everyone has a nice day and shares our lovely weather. x
  • We're running on...

Big bathroom pretty much done - helps when you have a son with "Attention to detail/obsession" traits who has hoovered it within an inch of its life and now happily mopping thoroughly...:rotfl:

Ok - I'm going to do the downstairs one now..

Parcel is still not here
