because of the impending ccj
Thailand don't understand CCJ's, they just have big heavy men/women to collect.Wow, I got 3 *, when did that happen :j:T:p
It is not illegal to open another persons mail unless you intend to commit fraud - this is frequently incorrectly posted
I live in my head - I find it's safer there:p

The one the OP had before this sh¡t-storm started, the one that was insured and the replacement was sent for (upsetting the OP as it wasn't an upgrade and was subsequently sold, while simultaneously refusing to pay the excess and claiming it was lost). The sister's boyfriend is only out of pocket by the excess at this point.
The other phone in this debacle is the phone that the OP's sister's boyfriend appears to have lent the OP while waiting for the insurance claim to process, which the OP claimed they left on a bus when the sister's boyfriend asked for it back, putting him about £400 more out of pocket.
The OP claims they can't and shouldn't have to pay for the phone they lost or the excess on the phone they sold. I can't figure out why the fact that the guy who is out of pocket is seeing the OP's sister means the OP should be let off paying the excess or replacing the lost phone.
yes my apologies i misread it
so the OP's phone broke
she borrowed the bfs phone but which they lost
received a phone from insurance due to own phone faulty
phone received from ins co was sold on ebay
is that correct, it wasnt all that clear as to what was going on0 -

More or less, just sprinkle in a bit about not wanting to reimburse the guy who lent the OP the temporary phone for its loss, refusal to pay the insurance excess on the replacement phone from the insurance company, a bit of fib telling regarding the insurance replaced phone being lost when it was actually sold, and a sense of outrage at the fact that they 1) didn't get an upgrade and 2) were actually asked to pay the excess as was agreed and replace the phone that was lent to them in the interim that they lost.If you think of it as 'us' verses 'them', then it's probably your side that are the villains.0 -

On a serious note, can anyone tell me how I go about suing the OP? I have used 20 minutes of my valuable time reading this nonsense, and I fear I will never get that time back.
If she wants to settle out of court, the minimum I will accept is an iphone 4...0 -
