Oh - she was absolutely headbutting me for cuddles allnight - slept with me o the bed. She has that thing about headbutting for attention and urling up and purring and wanting cuddles - ex kept her in the garden most of the time, calling her "outdoor cat", idiot grrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

Brushed out half a carrier bag of fur from her last night and she was purring and adjusting herself to where she wanted to be brushed - furminator came in very handy, she is veryyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy hairy that girl.

Got to cut a few knots off her butt but did not want to stress her last night with scissors.

All cats came in to see her, sniffed her, she sniffed them - do not think there will be any dama here.

Zara wanted to make friends with her too but Chloe would not have that at all - hissed at Zara ike mad. Poor Zara - with her tail wagging, ears down and thet "Pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee be my friend" attitude LOL

Chloe ate both dry and wet food, drunk water but did not use the litter box yet - worry a bit about that as she was being kept outside so may not remember litter box but I hope she uses it soon - rather than my bed :)

Will see if I can get a decent photo of her a bit later, left her locked in my bedroom with food/water/litter away from the dog and the cats, let her relax for few days.

She does not behave as she is stressed but she is salivating a lot, dribbling really and I know this is a sign of stress in cats so will take all slowly with her.

She is one cuddle seeking purring machine though - all will be fine :)

Going back to bed now, did nto get much sleep last night as Chloe could not settle - the second I stopped stroking her, she was headbutting me for more cuddles, poor little girl.

Can I use my favourite word for exes at the moment... pr!ck... they really have no idea do they.

She looks just gorgeous, I think she will relish being an indoor cat with all the fuss, attention and new furry friends.

I think we need to start counselling for our problem tho.. just can't say no!!!:rotfl:

    LOL

She is sprawled all over my bed like a princess - outdoor cat, yeah rite.....

She is not hiding from Zara which is a good thing, just hissing.

When Chloe was a baby she was best friends with Zara so hopefully they will get back to that stage at some point. Zara is on the floor next to bed, not even moving....

Going to call her out now and leave Chloe alone, really want her to use the litter box..hmmmm

Any idea what to do about that?

Somehow can not imagine giving her a bath....hmmmmm

She needs lots of brushing (don't suppose he bothered grooming her?) and feed her a bit of oily fish. Possibly rub a bit of olive oil in her coat? as its a natural product shouldn't do her any harm :)

Yumega is very good for that - worked on my cats after a winter of lying in front of the radiator! And also lots of brushing and as mentioned, try adding some oily fish into the diet.

As above....oily fish and more frequent grooming than she has been used to should sort it out soon enough.
I am glad she is settling in well.

Dandruff can be caused by stress, so don't worry too much, she's been through a few changes lately and is still adjusting.

Good luck to you all xx

Thanks for that - will try to fish for her.

She is so funny this one. She REALLY wants cuddles ALL the time.

She stays on the bed with me (had a long nap in the afternoon) and the second I move - she is headbutting me, sliding uder my chin, my arm, going belly up for me etc for cuddles, sweetest little thing.

Just got a few more photos of her, will post in few minutes - she is a really weird shape - she is "low" with short legs but very long - difficult to explain really. And with all that extra fur that still needs brushing out - she looks completely out of proportion. She is not fat, very light actually but all that fur makes her look like she is fat.

Will give her some tuna in oil now.

    Thanks again.
