Dm's will be doing more loans if we dont do do them , Dm's not allowed to do loans :rotfl:purplepunto wrote: »I have been an agent for a few years now and Yes it is Providents fault for not visiting arrears customers as all they worry about is sales. I thing now dms arent allowed to do loans anymore so that might help. I think the biggest thing to hit them would be to refuse new doors etc and do as little sales as possible. It is a problem making a stand on your own as I dont really want to lose my job as I do enjoy it but this new system is totally defeating the whole thing Provident wants - sales and new customers. I shant be wanting any more new doors and I shall only do sales that actually benefit me. I am self employed so surely its up to me how many customers I have and how much money I let them have!!0 -

What is happening to this company?! I used to be a happy agent (of fifteen years) working for a sensible credit lending company. Now its low morale, sales, sales, sales. No one cares about the agents that are the backbone of this company and what they are doing with our wages just cannot be legal!0

hi everyone ive been an agent for 12 years and am horrified at this new scam structure for commission.i lost 80pd last week have scraped some back for next week but no-one knows what targets there will be then.some of my friends and i are having a meeting next week at office.only 6 of us to represent all our section in case in the words of hierarchy "IT TURNS INTO A BAR BRAWL" what a nerve !it will probably fall on deaf ears anyway.we are speaking on behalf of everyone everywhere.so keep it up everyone. nowhere in your contracts can they take money from us unless its lost ur short or specified.apologies for any error never wrote on a forum b4 .xxx0

I have been an agent for several years now and I think this new scheme introduced by the company is unfair. I think that all agents should make their feelings known to their managers and hopefully the message will go to the very top. Unhappy Agent!!!0
