And me!!! I do not owe any money to anyone except my mortgage, car and credit card - all of which I pay regularly AND I only got my mortgage in March of this year so I know my file is clear (or it was then) but I also apparantly now have this debt from October 2010!! Of course I went straight into panic mode and rang them but just got a recording. My savvy 15 year old daughter googled them straight away and warned me that it might be a scam so I put the phone down and came across this thread. Could someone post a link to the letter that we need to send?
