age to dye hair?

I so agree! My nails were okay'ish but I had false nails put on for a holiday in Feb and had them removed last Monday. My nails are broken down to the quick, the drill they use to remove the adhesive has left pits where it's gone too deep - never, ever again will I put my poor nails through so much suffering. I'd strongly oppose any youngster who asked for false nails at least until the process has been perfected.

I so agree, we have had that many arguments over fake nails which on a few occasions I lost :mad:. My daughters friends mum does fake nails and a few times she has come home with them done!

The last time she had them done (last year) she ripped one off in PE at school :eek: and it was really sore for quite a while. Hopefully she has learnt from it cause she hasn't mentioned having them done since
