You're doing really, really well. Lots of pats on the back and "hurrahs" from over here.
It's not easy sorting out finances, and you're doing well. Especially well done for packing in smoking when things are tough. Well done. If you feel tempted to smoke, or are finding it really, really difficult to stay stopped, remember the NHS provide FREE NRT, plus lots of counselling and support.
Keep going..."a journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step" as the old chinese proverb says.0 -

I have an interview tomorrow at 11am in a nursing home, got experience, so hopefully fingers crossed, i will be successful and get the job, that will certainly be extra money for us and helping pay our debts.

still not smoking, sucking a mint laugh, and keeping myself busy after meals saved roughly £25 with not smoking.0 -

Am new but just read your thread. Congratulations on your job - and well done on the progress you have made - it is really encouraging to see.
Hope I can be as determined.0 -

sorry to sound harsh here...you have enough debt of your own without paying £80 towards someone elses mortgage and £7 towards dads phone bill..as for your brother though you owe him for the car that didn't last..I would explain that you can't afford that much per month...you are obviously very kind to everybody...but sorry charity has to begin at home...coupled with all the above advice you will be able to sort this...please do not use a fee paying service..use cccs or payplan as the charges the other company are charging could be thrown at debt...any consolation I'm giving up smoking it costs me £280pm ...will be better thrown at debts...again, sorry if I sound harsh0
