How about going onto rolling tobacco when you have the urge? Its so much cheaper. See if your GP will assist you etc. I gave it up when I caught the flu, just gotta get OH to give up too now!

i would rather give up smoking than make my own fags, the roll ups give me sore throat, i have been wanting to give up for ages now, so now is the time.

well its been 6 months, but i occasionally lapse and have a sneeky one (my OH just lost his job so im in need LOL)

In the end i just didnt enjoy it anymore, I knew I was ready and the flu helped alot, I want to loose weight so thats the next BIG thing apart from smooking debt, theres that too...and to become a trillionaire...yeah yeah I know Im dreaming!

Theres a smoking thread in the arms I think have a search and you will get support frmo them there too...mse is a fountain of knowledge!!

i started another thread about cccs and how long it take, someone mentioned up to 6 weeks, so hopefully we will be on the plan by the end of January

we have decided to put all wages including child benefit child tax in one account with all bills, whats left over after the bills have been paid we take out and put into a separate account and use that money to live on, thats after we have started the cccs plan

Also been 3 hours since i have had a fag, so getting up in the morning without one, wish me luck and planning not to buy any either so that is going to save me £5.29 a day
