No they aren't blurry, have you maybe taken too many painkillers, mixed in with your normal meds?
Bargainbird, tell me to erf orf bit I hope you will be taking some criticism too
*Takes counselling hat back off*
Something which might work for you is 3 in 30, basically you need an alarm clock set for 30minutes, some peace and quiet with no interruptions, sit opposite one another with an object in one of your hands, and whilst the person holding the object talks, the other one has to listen. Within the 30 minutes you must have agreed to a resolution or a way to move forward by the next time you talk. 3 things each, they don't have to be negative, and actually I encourage people to use positives too.
OH and I do this every week.
Right sorry for going so off tangent, but I've been thinking about you. I am glad you are moving forward though, I hope you can work through things. It's what is inside your head that matters in life - not what's outside your window

Yes, got home at half four, DS2 is away to football now, picked my desk up too, its fab although the poor man looked aghast when I said I wanted to paint it. Now I have it home, I am not so sure, we'll see. Going to make dinner, I had no leeks or onions left, so the soup is out, I have defrosted some filo pastry and am making a quorn mice pie with filo on top and potatoes and veg. Might even have some myself, I cannot get back into the diet at all, think my hormones are driving me insane! It's what is inside your head that matters in life - not what's outside your window
