Help !! No Indicators ..
Hi Guys ,
I drive a 2000 Renault Clio . Tonight both indicators & the central locking failed .
I have a warning light on the dash advising me to contact the dealer .
Does anyone have any idea what might be the problem & can it be fixed ? because I really love this little car for getting around .:)
Thank you

Check the drivers manual - see if they are on the same fuse ?0

might just be a relay, check your hand book to see if the indicators and the central locking are connected in the fuse boxBe Alert..........Britain needs lerts.0

Thanks guys ,
Do you think it might be a fuse ?0 -
Possible but you'll only find out by checking wich one and replacing it.0

Clio's aroiund that age were known for having dicky hazard light switches. We used to replace quite a few.
However, that wont solve the locking problem.
Grab handbook and check fuses.
In the meantime, assuming you have read the Highway code you can continue to drive without indicators ;-)0 -
Can you still lock the car doors with the key?
Do the hazard lights work? You can't be lost if you don't know where you're going.0 -

I managed to lock the doors but had to do it manually . The hazards lights are not working at all either

My educated guess then would be the hazard switch, try & get 1 from a breakers yard if you have 1 close to save forking out alot of money from a dealer & hope that the switch you et works. lol
How are you going to dohand signals driving in the dark? You can't be lost if you don't know where you're going.0 -
