Thank you for joining me Mummy
Seemed to spend loads today. Mr Gap needed bus fares this morning. I forgot my lunch so had to buy something. Tuesday is the only day I get the bus home from work and it is also now zumba night :j with Gap-sis (loving it!!) so bus fares home and zumba money. Took the car to zumba though. I am so exhausted now though, it's been a busy day.
Tax credit day tomorrow so that means something nice for the tea

Just lost my post  Will try again.
Spent almost £30 in Mr M's today (Wednesday - tax credit day - weekly shop day :j). Have also started buying savers stamps. I figured that £1 per week wouldn't break the bank and I found it useful at christmas a couple of years ago when I had a card for Mr A's.
Off to put change in sealed pot

Spent 79p on two bottles of water today. The water in the tap at work is disgusting, it comes out cloudy. I was thirsty and had to have something. I am trying not to drink too much juice at the mo but I don't like water so every bottle I manage is an achievement in its self. Normally I would take some with me but I didn't this morning. Also, had coffee envy when my colleague turned up with a cup so had to get one
My defence is I hardly ever do it and it is the easter weekend (off until Tuesday! Woop woop!!). Had change for my sealed pot though.
Also, got a lift to work and walked home so no bus fares today. I am going to start the bus fare thing as of May. I get paid on 28th April and I can hardly wait. I will get the bus fare change then and prepare for next month. Will also be looking to join PAD around then too (if they'll have me)

Of course we will have you, lovely GAP ~ in fact we'll welcome you with open arms
Just read through your diary ~ you sound like you're well on top of things and I'll keep popping in to see the rest of that debt tumble down if that's ok?
See you over on the PaD thread when you're ready

Hi GAP, Happy Easter Weekend!! Its lovely having a long break off with the kids isnt it (ive only been working FT for 3 weeks and im already in need of a break!).
I wouldnt worry about the odd bottle of water or coffee, we all need a little treat sometimes. Could you not buy the large bottles of water which seem cheaper and then refill your old bottle before work?! Could save you the odd pennies!! We have those water coolers at work so were ok and we pay into tea and coffee which is only £4 a month and its unlimited really!!!
Have a lovely weekend x x xMummytogirls x0 -
Thank you Saorsie. Happy to have you along and I will be over to PAD probably at the end of the week, if not, the start of the next week
Mummy, I normally do things like that. Some days I am just so disorganised that I don't have water and/or lunch prepared. I am getting better but it is a slow journey. I love reading your diary for inspiration since you are always doing something. It encourages me to be less lazyAlso, we get free coffee and tea at work but I like "hard core caffine" and there is a coffee shop three doors away from us which does "real" coffee. I only have it on odd occasions though like if it is someone's birthday or if it is the last day before the hols! Loving the easter weekend, pity the sun isn't shining at the mo.
Off to get organised. Little Miss Gap has her dancing class today (Gap-mum and dad pay for this!) and Gap-mum wants to take a dress back so I said I would take her when Little Miss is in her class. Night out tonight, Mr Gap's daughter's birthday tomorrow and we are taking her and her boyfriend out for dinner tonight. I say "we" but actually Mr Gap is paying for it. He is quite generous like that. I did contribute rather a lot towards her birthday present though. Definitely not a NSD today

Oh mummy, I don't believe that for a minute! I bet your house is spotless!!
NSD yesterday. Today Gap-mum and dad took Little Miss Gap and myself out for the day. Went for lunch and played putting. Little Miss wanted to play tennis but Gap-dad and I are not so keen so Gap-mum volunteered to play - good old Gap-mum :T
They paid for everything which was lovely but I still had to go to Mr M's for milk, cat food and something for the tea. When we were in there I remembered that the kids are back to school tomorrow so I had to get lunch stuff for Little Miss. Spent £15 (on credit cardpay-day on Thursday).
That's it for now.

It is spotless today but wasnt yesterday
.
Glad youve had a lovely weekend x xMummytogirls x0 -
I wish my house was spotless. It is completely the opposite
I have worked out I now owe £169 to my credit card this monthbut pay-day is Thursday :j, we go to Gap-mum and dad's on Tuesdays for tea and Wednesday is tax credit day. I already have my money for zumba tonight ready so I won't have to put anything else on the credit card now :T. Also, even with the extra £69 on the cc I will still have money left after bills this month
I'm pleased because this will be the first month in ages that I will have not paid all the excess to the cc. I use the cc to buy food and necessities - no treats apart from maybe a sweetie for Little Miss or a can of Redbull for me :undecided - each month because I have no money left but then at the end of the month I pay off the cc with the money I should have left over after bills. This month I have been really careful and not overspent. I am determined to get out of the vicious circle. Also, I want to start making payments to get this loan cleared, the whole point in starting this diary. Will be joining PAD soon.
Have a nice day
