I noticed that anyone reaching state pension age between Feb 11 and March 14 will NOT be migrated.
Does this mean they will not be tested either?
A relative is in this position and she`s very concerned.0 -

I've just been searching and also read that. They won't be tested!
I'll have to see if I can find it again as it gives specific dates.Just sold a lawnmower on Ebay.. That's the last time my neighbour will wake me up on a Saturday morning!0 -

This is all I could find:
When will I be selected for reassessment?
When your benefit comes up for routine reassessment. Normally this will be when you would have expected to attend a medical examination for your existing benefit. People who are registered blind (severely sight impaired) did not have to attend medicals for IB or IS, so you may not be aware of when your next reassessment is due.Just sold a lawnmower on Ebay.. Pension age by April 2014?
People who reach state pension age by 6 April 2014 will not be reassessed. They will stay on their incapacity benefit until they reach pension age. For men this means 65. Women born up to and including 5 April 1952 will reach pension age on 6 March 2014 and will not be transferred. Women born on any date after 5 April 1952 will not reach pension age until 6 May 2014 at the earliest and will therefore go through the transfer process.Just sold a lawnmower on Ebay.. I receive DLA LRM and HRC so was exempt from the PCA. My DLA is next due for renewal in 2013. IS never gave me a review date so would I have been reviewed when my DLA was due for renewal or before, seeing as it's HRC that made me exempt from the PCA?2019 Wins

OH's IB review date was Dec 2010 and surname begins "A" so thought we would be first - no letter yet...0

Unless things have changed you need to be a welfare rights officer of some sort to post on this site.0
