Good Morning all:wave:

Just a quick update with my current NR situation. Logged onto my online account this morning to see if they had transfered my overpayment to the secured loan part of the mortgage and guess what.....er errrrr computer says NO!:(:(:(:mad::mad::mad:

So at 8am I again rang them to request probably for the 6th or 7th time that they follow my very clear and concise instructions. Really, how bad are they.....grrrr.:mad:

This is the last time I will ring up as I am now going to go through their complaints procedure, and I can be a right cowbag when I want too!!! haha:D

Any way been messing about with the overpayments calculator and it's doing my head in all the different senario's if I can allocate more money, but guess I have a growing family and its trial and error with getting the balance right and as I have said before this is a one woman mission:A.

Be good people ( but sometimes being a little bit naughty is a lot more fun)!;)
