Got declined from using a voucher today as they said the receipt shows i've already used a 'coupon' so I can't use it. They said they've been emailed telling them not to accept vouchers where a coupon has previously been used..?

Bought Tesco grapefruit juice (from concentrate) 1 litre £1, compared to Asda grapefruit juice 87p. Couldn't see it on spreadsheet.

I've got a handful of receipts which I submitted on 15th, but haven't had the DTD email for them yet, despite having had others since then - I've tried re-entering the receipts' details on the pricecheck website, and then again with a different email addy, but I keep getting the "Already being processed" screen.

Any other ideas on how to get the system to send the emails please?

If it's the right barcode it should be fine... I think it's the size of the box that matters really, the bigger boxes are the ones to look for...
