    Tesco finest pizzas- beware!
Just went to put one in the oven for lunch and discovered several of the tomatoes on it were quite furry!!!  Not impressed as best before is the 19th so should be totally fine today, I've had to bin it and have a chicago town one instead! It's a good job I didn't pay for it or I would be really !!!!ed off! Incidentally, I have stopped buying tomatoes from tescos as they kept on going mouldy the next day as well

Euch  Btw I always have the same problem with the tomatoes, I did complain once though and received a £5 gift card by way of compensation.

Got declined from using a voucher today as they said the receipt shows i've already used a 'coupon' so I can't use it. They said they've been emailed telling them not to accept vouchers where a coupon has previously been used..?

again... call HO tomorrow and complain, nowhere in the T&Cs states that you cannot compare your shop if you used a voucher on it... stupid stores making rules up

I really feel for you all... I never have problems at my locals and I wouldn't be happy if I had...

Just get HO to sort them out, it should help :)

I'm in the same boat. People must be catching on because there were no chorizo rings and that was my main want, nor fox's cookies my next choice. They don't sell the ambre solaire stick I wanted either.

After last sunday's last minute dash, I swore I'd get there early and if my boiler didn't pack up I'd have made it. As it was I was under pressure and made a right hash of things. When I got to the till I didn't have enough to cover my voucher! Confused I ran back for more easter eggs and it still wasn't enough. Then checkout girl tod me the eggs were a quid each! I didn't want to make it too obvious so I didn't put any back but I'm worried that when I do the calcs I will have wasted several pounds

moral of the story: Don't go when the store is closing!!

I went on the last minute and got looooooooaaaaaaaads-a-bargains. 3 carrier bagsful of pizzas, salad, cream cakes, vegetables, bread, and crepes. Then the man on the till asked me did I want some free seeds, so I got tomato, basil, leeks, beetroot & parsley seeds. I spent the grand total of £4.85 cash.

moral of the story: spend your voucher wisely. ;)
Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. Fool me three times and I'll smash your face in. :D

If both of the email addresses are under 100GBP/month together then just explain that you used home and work emails(when you have problems at the other store). I'd ring HO as they have no right to write on your receipt if they refused your voucher! Call them tomorrow with a serious complain. They should sort your store out...

Yes they are, this would have been the last voucher and I was killing it off, hence buying all the bargains with it, I've used cash and no clubcard and seeing as I really only have 1 T nearby I've only shopped a DTD shop once a week, am sure I'm all over their CCTV now. This is the first time I've had a problem using a voucher and although I will still shop at T's it's made me realise I should shop around more and use A as well. I've always been a loyal T customer but this has made me rethink!

This may become an issue though - maybe we could start a back-up spreadsheet of proper Tesco offers in case the store won't budge :D
A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort
