When the supervisor showed a sa what to do she actually told her that sometimes a digit is missing & also explained about the 24hr clock.

Tried to mix in rest of shopping that wouldnt upset the applecart as it were, seems to have worked well, as wasnt expecting the tango, sausages or jam!

Anyone missing the After Eights, check out the SEL in your store.

Noticed that in store today After Eights had SEL of £2.85 (and proud notice of this being a reduction from £3.05!).
They are still £2.00 on Tesco Online but if you buy in store & pay £2.85 the price check compares what you paid rather than the T's online price (I've had this with wine & tuna being higher cost instore than online).
So if you pay £2.85 to £1.50 in A's = £2.70 DTD (ie 15p cost).
