    I've done it for you.;)

Could you add this one for me, please? It was confirmed by the voucher I received last night.

Confirmed last night - Tesco antibac cleaner spray 500ml £1.40 - Asda 0.85. DTD £1.10. Actual cost £0.30

It's just the standard Tesco antibacterial cleaner and they have matched it with Asda's so makes it quite a good deal.

    Thanks.

Yes they are, this would have been the last voucher and I was killing it off, hence buying all the bargains with it, I've used cash and no clubcard and seeing as I really only have 1 T nearby I've only shopped a DTD shop once a week, am sure I'm all over their CCTV now. This is the first time I've had a problem using a voucher and although I will still shop at T's it's made me realise I should shop around more and use A as well. I've always been a loyal T customer but this has made me rethink!

Oh no! Don't give up! Just call HO and tell them what happened, they will call your store and tell them the rules! Get a ref no if you still have a problem there. Go and ask for a new receipt too if you want to try another store, they have no right to write on your receipt if they won't accept your voucher...
Complain to HO and they might even send you a giftcard for your trouble ;)

Got declined from using a voucher today as they said the receipt shows i've already used a 'coupon' so I can't use it. They said they've been emailed telling them not to accept vouchers where a coupon has previously been used..?
As someone has recently posted, just before you go to print the voucher it will say that you can use this voucher against your next Tesco shop, print it and show it to the idiot that says you cant.
If you don’t speculate, you can’t accumulate.

I have 2 receipts that were submitted for a different store to the ones I usually use (we were away visiting family). 14th & 15th April (different email addresses). Haven't had the vouchers for either yet. Anyone got any suggestions? I miss my vouchers and was looking forward to getting them today!

I went on the last minute and got looooooooaaaaaaaads-a-bargains. 3 carrier bagsful of pizzas, salad, cream cakes, vegetables, bread, and crepes. Then the man on the till asked me did I want some free seeds, so I got tomato, basil, leeks, beetroot & parsley seeds. I spent the grand total of £4.85 cash.

moral of the story: spend your voucher wisely. ;)

The moral of the story is to pay for shops like this with cash and save your voucher for dtd shops.

Am I right that Asda will change prices overnight? If so I really hope they will put nivea shower gels down as T has them now back up at 1.85(same as A atm) Will look out for them :)

I've got a handful of receipts which I submitted on 15th, but haven't had the DTD email for them yet, despite having had others since then - I've tried re-entering the receipts' details on the pricecheck website, and then again with a different email addy, but I keep getting the "Already being processed" screen.

Any other ideas on how to get the system to send the emails please?
Re-enter receipt, when processing screen comes up hit your back button, then hit the submit button again, voucher should come up.

    hth
    Shop one - A vs T
    Shop two - A vs W
    And then repeat :j:j:j
    & now add - A vs S
What the heck A vs the world :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
