I put my very first receipt in on Thursday evening about 9.30pm, and got my voucher about 4pm Friday. Did anyone still waiting for Thursdays vouchers put them in before 9pm on Thursday (just to see if there is a pattern or a cut off point).

I didn't put my details in until about 11pm on Thursday (shopped at 7.45pm) so that would fit with a theory that something went wrong in the middle of processing or sending :) (haven't got my vouchers yet)

The only worry with this is that on tesco it just says duracell AA even though pic is for the plus batteries and on Asda it says duracell plus AA.

I might try these later as we are desparate for batteries.

    they come back n/a

Why is it that when you put an Asda receipt into their website price check they can check 2 different stores instantaneously yet Tesco can't check against one for at least 24 hours?

I shopped at 3.45pm on thursday and input the receipt from that around 4.30pm so I don't think its that - although TBH that shop was at a Ts I've never been to before so its possible that I was unlucky and that was 1 where receipts turn around slowly or get lost

I think someone at Tescos has forgotten to press the button because they are so excited about watching the football at Wembly!!

  • I was before then Jonny - shopped for my nan (the unhappy one you may have seen earlier) ;) around 6-7pm I think and input my receipt later that evening. Friends are waiting theirs from Thursday morning and Thursday afternoon both from the same store. Funnily enough though, the one for myself from Thursday afternoon arrived yesterday and was from a different store.

All from valid e-mail accounts too and not near the limit on either nans or mine. I think the system has fallen over and they just released what had already been processed by the time it happened yesterday and hasn't yet been restored. Or.......I have a conspiracy theory, but best keep that to myself.
