Sent husband in with voucher today and a very specific list with instructions to not deviate from it in the slightest!

He still managed to pick up the wrong things, then saw crisps/chocolate and decided to put them in the basket too, because they were "on offer"! He just doesnt get it!

Voucher wasted!

The 2 emails I received last week both came between 13:45 and 14:£0 last saturday, this is the latest I have known so am assuming we're not going to see them today.

I know it's pretty useless but has anyone tried calling H.O. Customer Services? Anyone got any ideas of what time they're open on a weekend???
