Me too , it will be 6 months in a weeks time . I have smoked all my life 30+ a day . I really don't believe I did it.

Well done. I stopped 5+ years ago - best thing I ever did.
I recommend "Easyway to stop smoking' by Allen Carr - I read it and stopped cold turkey, haven't smoked since.

why would you ring Head office, no offence but people who do that are pretty ... welll stupid.

If your voucher wont arrive they will find a reason to look into your accounts... dont give them a reason to look into your accounts.

I wonder if their system has monumentally cocked up.. heres the theory...

As there are still many people waiting for vouchers on thurs and none of the ones from fri are through, is there some time on thurs when any vouchers from then on are sitting in Mr T's hands still? There might be one humoungous backlog now! :(

Probably wrong, but as I'm bored waiting, I thought I'd share it with the rest!!

    Seen on mysupermarket, not confirmed:

    Duracell Plus AA Batteries (4)
    BUY 2
    Tesco: £7.00
    Asda: 2 for £3.50
    DTD: £7.00
    Net: £0.00

The only worry with this is that on tesco it just says duracell AA even though pic is for the plus batteries and on Asda it says duracell plus AA.

I might try these later as we are desparate for batteries.

I know it's pretty useless but has anyone tried calling H.O. Customer Services? Anyone got any ideas of what time they're open on a weekend???

Yes I called this morning about Thurs. It's ok, they have a few problems but we will get them all eventually.

So that's all right then (insert banned rolled eyes smiley)

    :(

Need something for dinner. Off to Mr A :rotfl:
A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort

"Do what others won't early in life so you can do what others can't later in life"
  • Factually incorrect I'm afraid - they very very very rarely ask for your receipt details and my suggestion was I was going to call them to find out why it had been over 36 hours since I'd input my receipt and not got any results and make a general enquiry if there were any reasons for the delay.

And no offence taken....because I know I'm not well stupid ;)

That is GOOD news (not that I believe anything they say but it eases my worry a little) ;)

I put my very first receipt in on Thursday evening about 9.30pm, and got my voucher about 4pm Friday. Did anyone still waiting for Thursdays vouchers put them in before 9.30pm on Thursday (just to see if there is a pattern or a cut off point).
  • I just shopped and used cash sod waiting for vouchers, I think I will shop all week using cash and that way I can build up a stock of vouchers so no waiting around for ones to arrive, the plus side is when the offer ends I will still have a weeks worth of vouchers to use instead of just one
