That's great, but do you think it would be better to have fewer children and be able to treat them with the better things in life more regularly?

Even if the twins hadn't been twins, she was still headed for 5 kids, which itself represents a huge cost and demands a very healthy household income to support them properly, 7 is demanding in the extreme.

Ouch, seriously, too far! Seeing as "farming family" was mentioned I would say they work very hard!

Please can we all chill? :grouphug::grouphug::grouphug::grouphug::grouphug::grouphug::grouphug::grouphug::grouphug::grouphug:

Been on this promo from day one and just do what I feel I can fit into my schedule sometimes feast sometime famine but i don't really mind what others do. I do mind however the constant snipping and bickering on this thread. The minority make it unpleasant for the majority don't involve yourselves in what others do, be interested in yourself its much more rewarding

anybody know about the age thing?
does tesco have a age in which you can use vouchers, would my 12yr old be able to get 1 basket and i get another?
    thanks
  • I have so far done an initial shop for cash, received 4 vouchers and expecting my 5th today, so that's it for the month!

Now, costing up on my spreadsheet last night, using Asda prices for everything I have bought it works out that I spent £33.00 cash in total at Tesco's and gained goods that were worth £62.62, so a net gain of £29.62 for the 5 shops.

Obviously the initial shop was the one that spent most money, so if it lasts another month the result should be better!

now now children behave lets back on track WHERES THE VOUCHERS

for what its worth i say each to their own no one can judge on this thread if u are adding items because u know they are dtd then isnt that classed as abusing the spirit of it all, i personally do 2 shops per week not because i want to stick to the limit but because i only have one small shop near me, i dont have stacks of goodies piled away but my kids have benefited from it all getting extra treats the vouchers have came in handy on my skint days and made sure the kids where fed,

believe me if i had transport i would be doin a lot more than i am doin........ wishing everyone gets as much from this as they can/or have the nerve too keep up the good work guys.......

  • Oh please stop it - you are not encouraging debate, you are being provocative for the sake of an argument showing immaturity and an element of narrow mindedness in my own opinion. People make life choices and should not be mocked or judged or debated - live and let live.

Fair enough...but you still missed out the full stop at the end of your STATEMENT.

(I'm also highly amused at how excited you got about your little 'one-up')

If you think that's excited I think you need to get out more !

Wrong.... please only quote facts and if you don't know about stuff then do not quote at all.

B.T. modem...unplug 30 secs plug in ...New IP address.

    OMG

Please don't talk to me like I'm an idiot!

I am aware of that. My post was based on assumption. Do you know the modem was unplugged.

My post was aiming to be helpful.....not a criticsm!
