Haven't posted on here for a while as this so-called 'chat' thread seems to have just turned into a load of old drivel... think it needs to get back on track to the helpful thread it was in parts 1 and 2, spotting the bargains and helping people to get the most out of the promo
The promo will end when Tesco has had enough, no matter what the minority do with the promotion. In the mean time make the most of it in any which way you see fit and allow others to do the same please.
Still training many a SA in my local store, so these vouchers are obviously not seen very often!
Is it too early for a glass of Wolf? :eek:0 -

I love you all (even the greedy and poor spellers out there).
Come on now... group hug!
Isn't this the group hug in here :grouphug:Never let your sucesses go to your head and never let your failures go to your heart.:beer:0 -

My personal opinion, is that it is greedy and totally unnecessary that tesco are daylight robbing everyone in this country, tesco, will not be affected by 1 in 5000 abusing this promotion. For all those ITK about this promotion, who are not abusing it.. all I have to say to them is...
more fool you
I have kept quiet about a lot of things, but I am heartily sick of seeing this comment. I am not a fool. Far from it. Whatever line I have drawn in the sand is *my* line and I think it's time people accept that we are all different, and whatever we do it is because we are comfortable within ourselves doing it.
I do not have the energy to hate/dislike/have a vendetta against Tesco. It takes all my energy just to live most days. But if people feel they have strong principles in that regard, fine. Just don't call *me* a fool. It is generalising and judgemental.0 -

I understand what it's like to long for a baby, but it is selfish to just keep having babies without taking into account wether or not you can afford it. I know aslong as the children are loved thats all that should matter. But many of the families I am referring to, never go on holiday, always wear hand me downs, dont get much at christmas etc.
Having said that, I am aware that for some people, this is not the case. Some families start out well off, then due to un forseen sircumstances, find themselves at rock bottom, which is unfortunate. Also alot of people dont realise just how expensive children are. Also most couples may never be in a financial position to have children, but the longing for a child is so intense. But I think some people need to know where to draw the line as to 'how many times they give in to their longing'.
All I can say is remember the Bootsing thread, this will go the same way with that sort of OT talk.0 -
Still no vouchers - just checked.
What time do they normally arrive on a Saturday0 -

It was a genuine question and not intended to be provocative, I assure you. Certainly, I did not judge, or mock and would not do so. I simply find other people's attitudes interesting, particularly those that may differ from my own. Isn't that what debate is about?0 -
Okay guys as has been said before lets keep all this friendly. It been a fantastic thread, with some great people on, over the last month or so. It would be sad to see it get removed by Admin.
There has been some great team work on here. Everybody has really helped each other. We are all in this together.
If we see anybody being offensive or talking fraud - lets just hit report.;)Ask me no questions, and I'll tell you no lies0 -
has anyone else had this problem? I am positive that I filled in the online information correctly but my voucher code is missing one digit at the bottom of the voucher. the fifth set of numbers on my receipt is 9073 but 073 on the voucher code.(the voucher does say details at bottom must match that of the receipt). - so I presume then that I won't be able to use this voucher at all!0

In case anyone wants any shopping info... DH just came back with small tv in hand, sent him this morning with a £79 voucher b4 the cap and no problems at all, no supervisor called or anything, just paid the £30 on top of voucher value!....0
